They seem to love it - from both ends - the consumers and the employees. Maybe those insurance companies have stock in paper companies - sometimes I wonder. And just so you know - I would DIE without my DVR! Okay I wouldn't die, but I would be quite cranky that I couldn't watch my shows without commercials WHEN I want to watch them!
