Look! Do you see it? Wet stuff falling from the sky! We actually got a little rain yesterday. Not anywhere near a drought buster, but we will take what we can get! I think we are something like 10 inches behind in rainfall.
It was actually quite a little storm. Thunder, lightening, hail and strong winds. The power flashed on and off several times then stayed on for a bit before flashing on and off again and finally going out for over an hour. (of course by the time the power went out, the rain had stopped) I don't know how much actual rain we got (I really need to buy a rain gauge) Even though it came down pretty hard, it didn't last long.
Today the forecast is for a high of 103. Gotta love Texas weather.
