A little on the fuzzy side

I'm posting these pictures hoping they show up clearer on your monitor than on mine. Something went wonky with the monitor on Sunday and I haven't figured out how to fix it (or if it is even fixable, If not, that will bring on a whole new debate on whether to ditch the desktop, which still works fine and buy a laptop or just buy a new monitor)

Anyway, I stitched this stitchers roll a long time ago (as you will see in the last photo)

 I stitched it in a class but the teacher disappeared before giving us the finishing instructions and I had no idea what to do with it.

 My friend Sherry (no blog) finished it for me recently. I'm so glad it is finally finished!

Looking out my back door

 My poor back yard has been neglected lately.

 We have had so much rain - unfortunately the only thing green out there is weeds.

Look closely by the bench by the fence (ignore the stuff that needs to be power washed)

Nicholas spotted Boots (the neighbors cat) and started barking his fool head off, but this is as close as he got. Boots didn't move until Autumn came out barking then they both moved so fast I couldn't get a picture of them.
