Baby boy and his bride were here from Wednesday through Saturday. I did not do any 'Black Friday' shopping but I did do a little 'Cyber Monday' shopping. I think I at least know what I am going to get everyone at this point - some of it I actually have, some still to get, but deciding is the hard part!
Middle kidlet and hubby got the outside decor up on Saturday. While they did that I worked in the flower beds a bit. We brought the main tree down Saturday evening - I had forgotten about the lights going out last year and taking them all off so I had to put lights back on the tree (it was a pre-lit tree when I bought it, but I couldn't find any replacements to match so I started over - and these will stay on as long as they are working!) I didn't put as many on as I had planned (I had bought 1200 after Christmas last year, it is only wearing 600, so I have spares!) Yesterday I managed to get that tree finished along with two others (well, three if you count my little Charlie Brown tree in the office). One more to go and I hope to get to it tonight. I'm not sure how much more I'll do this year - I know I won't be doing as much garland as I usually do but I won't go as far as to say I won't be doing any - at least not yet.
I also got my last ornament from the exchange group I've been all year. I'll try to get pictures of the ornament and the trees soon.
Hope you have a great week!

Your sampler turned out beautiful. I love the quilting you used as a backdrop, too.

Your Red Thread Snappers look absolutely fantastic!!!! Congratulations on an awesome finish! I know what you mean about taking a picture of the entire piece... I still don't have a great picture of my Monthly Snappers... LOL!
Have fun decorating!!
That sampler is beautiful, I need to see it in person. Get it framed while you still work at the framing place. LOL

Way to go on your finish. How are you going to finish-finish it?
All those trees. Your house must look awesome. It took me forever to get my one real tree decorated.
