floss tag

I have been wanting to try making one of the floss tags I've seen around blogland and decided that Sarah's b'day would be a good time to give it a try. I stitched this little fall design from Homespun Elegance.

I added our names and the year on the back.
Time to head back to the attic. It isn't starting out as cool here this morning as it has been the last few days. Bummer.

How pretty! I love homemade gifts. Don't overdo in the attic. I avoid mine like the plague. I'm fairly certain a rat has eaten my nice wicker furniture I had stored up there. Closing my eyes to the whole thing.

Hi Tina...cute little cross-stitch!
Oh you poor dear...ugh, cleaning out the attic...I told my hubby if dies first, I'm just going to throw everything in our attic out on the driveway and have a bon fire! LOL ;-) Bo

Tina, I'd say your first try at making a Floss Tag was an awesome experience for you because with the way it turned out, it would appear you've made them before. It looks GREAT!

I do not envy you having to clean out the Attic! Ugh! I have a basement that is in much need of that...but, outta sight~outta mind! LOL
